PW Talent was born from a shared belief that businesses deserve a more agile, integrated approach to finding and growing exceptional talent.
For over twenty years, f1 Recruitment and createselect set the standard in their respective fields, with f1 specialising in marketing, communications, and sport, and createselect leading in media and content talent.
Following their acquisition by PartnerWise in 2024, the two teams joined forces in 2025 to form PW Talent, combining industry expertise, purpose-led values, and a global network under one brand.
This collaboration created more than a new name; it built a platform designed for today’s complex hiring landscape, offering clients end-to-end capability from retained executive search to embedded and project-based solutions.
